I live near Metrotown.
Metrotown is a large shopping complex on the top of Kingsway Ridge in South Burnaby. The shopping area has recently expanded with a new complex: THE CRYSTAL; shopping, hotel, restaurants, market, and apartments. The present complex has also expanded with new style theatres and more stores (Replacing Eaton's and the Rainforest Cafe.).

THE METROTOWN AREA OF BURNABY SITS ATOP THE KINGSWAY RIDGE

Kingsway Ridge is a ridge, or crest, of a mountain that runs, approximately, East - West, from Mt. Pleasant in Vancouver to Eastern New Westminster. Kingsway St., a main thoroughfare that runs obliquely across streets in the cities of Vancouver and Burnaby, basically, follows the top of the ridge.
Burnaby is a small city adjacent to the city of Vancouver.
Vancouver is the largest city in B. C.
B. C., British Columbia, is the most westerly of the ten provinces in the Dominion of Canada.
Canada is the second largest country in the world. It is the largest and most Northerly of the three countries in North America.
North America is North of Central America and in the Western Hemisphere of the planet Earth.
Earth is the third planet from the center of the solar system.
Named after its central star or sun, the solar system Sol is located in the galaxy, Milky Way.
The Milky Way, slowly drifts through the endless universe of which we know only a small part.
